The Yachtsmen+Damon Castillo Band says
The Yachtsmen, made up of seven longtime Jimmy Mak’s veterans (Josh Cliburn—Intervision, Wheels in the Sky, Trixy and the Nasties; Jeff Sechs—Excellent Gentlemen, Steely Dawn; John McIsaac—Int’l Male, Wheels in the Sky; Matt “Laird” Franklin—Int’l Male, Wheels in the Sky; Doc Castillo—Ravishers, Wheels in the Sky; Cory Burden—Int’l Male, Pepe & The Bottle Blondes; Mike Snyder—McKinley, John Nilsen, TV soundtracks), have emerged as Portland’s premier party band, and in the most naturally naughty sense.

Mixing a blend of ‘70s yacht rock, ‘80s arena rock, humor and good-natured sleaze, The Yachtsmen put their own unique stamp on danceable, club-rockin’ music, perfect for an evening of spirited hedonism.

Damon Castillo Band, who debuted at Jimmy Mak’s in 2008 partnering with Int’l Male, is based out of San Luis Obispo, California, has shared the stage with Train, Chicago, The Temptations, Robben Ford, Jackson Browne, Chris Isaak and many more.

Damon just released his new album “Mess Of Me”. He wrote and produced it and had help with some mixes from nine-time Grammy Award-winner F. Reid Shippen. The DCB is virtuosic funky rock organically developed to tantalize females of all ages. Please prepare for the possibility of nudity—on and/or offstage.

You can guarantee seating with a dinner reservation…please call the club at 503-295-6542 for reservations.
