This 16 week club will focus on increasing your endurance & strengthening your skills to cross the finish line of all of your Summer Triathlons!

We have carefully created a training schedule that will allow you to fine-tune your cycling skills, your running technique and your swimming abilities. This club is for all levels, from the novice triathlete trying to piece everything together to the advanced triathlete ready to take their competitive edge to the next level for this upcoming triathlon season!

Weekly Swim: Pool Lap Swim & Open Water
3 Coached indoor swims@ 6-7am at School of the Blind Saline Pool & multiple open water swims.

Weekly- Evening Triathlon Specific Training:
6:30pm, varying locations Tuesday and/or Thursday.
This will consist of triathlon videos, breaking down the disciplines, addressing obstacles, preventative exercises and much more!

Weekend Workout:
This is where we will take the skills that we focused on throughout the week and put everything into practice. Consisting of Outdoor rides, Open water swims and Brick workouts!

Cost for 16 week program: $199.00

Drop-in Rate
$15, applies for any training sessions or weekend workout.
