Dinokeng Game Reserve

Dinokeng Game Reserve is Gauteng’s only Big Five game reserve, located just 40 minutes from Pretoria. It's not only a wildlife destination but also a popular venue for weddings, with various packages available to suit groups of different sizes.

Pricing:

Self-drive route

• Operating hours: 6 am to 6 pm
• Once-off fee: R250 per day
• South African pensioners: R125 (day visit), R150 (overnight stay)

Restaurant access

• Fee: R50 per vehicle
• Valid for a maximum stay of 3 hours

Good to know:

• A recovery fee of R500 will be charged if your vehicle gets stuck in a restricted area.
• Bush walks are not suitable for children, as their size and movements may attract predators.
