Rietvlei Nature Reserve is a large conservation area situated in the southern part of Pretoria. It covers approximately 4,000 hectares and supports a wide range of plant and animal life. The reserve is home to various large mammals, including eland, buffalo, white rhinoceros and cheetahs.
