The Christmas lights have been switched on, you've started your Christmas shopping and the neighbours have had their trees up for ages. Still struggling to get into the Christmas spirit? Here are five activities guaranteed to get you decking your halls with boughs of holly, while dancing around to 'Now That's What I Call Christmas ' in your flashing Christmas jumper: 1. Head to the market Flickr: Tim Ellis   Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you'll know that Birmingham's legendary Christmas market has come to town. So, put on your bobble hat, grab your mates and go and brave the crowds. With over 180 stores, it's the largest outdoor Christmas market in Britain and a saunter around the crystal lamps, fairisle hats, and scented candles (all whilst munching on a German Bratwurst) is bound to get you feeling merry. A few mulled wines or specialty German lager will definitely help, too... 2. Go ice skating Ice Skate Birmingham   If it's a white Christmas you're dreaming of, head to Centenary Square for Ice Skate Birmingham where you can enjoy being a kid again. The rink accommodates 300 people at any one time and people of all ages and skills are welcome – there are even penguin skating aids for little beginners available to hire. Don't forget to check out the Ice Lounge whilst you're there, which offers a range of seasonal food and drink.  3.
