If you've wondered how to get in great climbing shape, wonder no more. The instructor for this class will run you through a fitness workout that will target all those important pulling muscles, pushing muscles and that all-important core. You'll also get a lesson in how to hangboard to improve your grip strength.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to clinic date to receive a refund.
This clinic may be canceled 24 hours prior to the clinic date if fewer than 2 students enroll.
