Hamilton's Tavern says
Each month we feature a brewery, new or established; but someone we have an appreciation for! This month we are featuring Ballast Point Brewing. You may have noticed a trend. We have had Ballast Point many times over the years and in September. They are an important brewery in San Diego's craft beer history and we are looking forward to sharing their staple beers, as well as special versions, rarities and two casks.

"What started as a small group of home brewers, who simply wanted to make a better beer, evolved into the adventurers known today as Ballast Point."

Ballast Point is not only a brewery, but they have Home Brew Mart for brewers, they have an award winning distillery and a new restaurant in the Miramar area.

We'll have dueling casks:

If you haven't been to a Second Saturday yet, at 5 pm we'll have a fantastic dinner that complements the beer preceded by an introduction of the brewery and the menu by Scot Blair.
