Balboa Park Workouts Are Back!

Charity Workouts is back and better than ever!

We are changing the format to make it more challenging but still a friendly workout. We will be jogging through the park and doing fitness drills along the trail. This burns a lot more calories while still getting muscle toning.

We start promptly at 10am and hit the trails. No more standing around twiddling our thumbs waiting for everyone to show up. If you like to sleep in on Sunday mornings and show up a little late, we'll be somewhere in the park on the trails. Get there a few minutes early to make sure you get to do the workout. :-)

We will start out doing this once a month to fit my schedule better and maybe do something special after the workouts if you guys want. I think we'll be trying different parks around the city to make it even more fun. I hope you guys can make it back to the workouts!
