Do you keep trying to go to a yoga class but you just don’t mesh with the sappy acoustic music happening?
As Rach was driving to her advanced yoga teacher training a few weeks back, she was listening to Rob Zombie radio on Pandora and was totally inspired to bring this class she was dreaming of to life.
Welcome to Metal Zombie Yoga with Rach! This class will be catered to all levels of yogis. Experience that hardcore feel as you move to music ranging from Rob Zombie and Pantera to Metallica and Black Sabbath. As in all of Rachel’s classes, she will close with a gong savasana, vibrating your cells into perfect balance. You will leave feeling ready to take your day by the horns!
Series Info: San Diego Yoga Experiences is partnering with 710 Beach Club and WinstonsOB to offer 26 unique yoga sessions to the public. The intent is to provide people exposure to various styles of yoga classes in a fun setting via a variety of local unique teachers. Music is integral to enhance the mood and style of the class, so there will be live music on select dates.
The series of 26 classes will take place on Saturdays beginning April 1 and continue thru the end of June, 2017. The class hours at 710 will be 10am-11am. The class hours at Winstons will be 1pm-2pm.
Yogis of all levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, perhaps a friend or two, an open mind and heart, and join the flow! And get a glass of Kombucha Culture or mimosa right afterwards plus a chance to win some raffle prizes from local companies. You must be 21 or over. Please arrive early, class starts on time!
