Setting intentions and Using the ancient healing modality of two part breath, we will gather in community to open up to the highest version of our self! Letting go of all the no longer serves, opening up to the trust and flow, and bringing breath into the body. This breath helps to release tension, pain, stress, and stagnant energy within the body and energetic system.
About Blake:
Blake began practicing breath and body-work with a long time talk therapist in 2012. After 3 years of using the breath work for self healing and self acceptance, she found teachers Michael Brian Baker and David Elliot. Taking a healer training 1-3 with David, Michael's guardian training, and assisting Michael at yoga festivals, Blake began facilitating breath work in November of 2015. Her love for self healing and helping others to realize their bodies own strength and power fuels her passion for this transformative work. She holds a safe and loving container to allow others to authentically express themselves and their emotions.
*You will want to bring a yoga mat and maybe any pillow, blankets, or cushions for your comfort as well as paper and pen to write with*
