On Sunday November 13th, I welcome you to joing me - Asa, for a transformative journey through Creative Goal Writing & Creative Movement to empowerment.

Andrew S. Anunciation (a.k.a. Asa), founder of The Anunciation & Kauai Personal Training, has a broad range of work experience and certification in Personal Training and Nutrition for Fitness and Wellness, which enables him to take a customized and innovative approach with each and every client. Asa has learned that its not only practicing physical exercises that help with overall heath and wellness but also incorporating Life Goal Writing to help an individual have the vision, action steps and challenges to overcome to live the life they truly desire.

Examples of experience that Andrew pulls from include proudly working alongside strength and conditioning specialists as well as working with professional athletes from the Cincinatti Reds & Atlanta Braves baseball teams. He has done extensive work within the Corporate Wellness Industry, Assisted Living and is an expert at leading and facilitating group fitness programs as well as conducting private one-on-one personal training. Asa has taken his business and skills to Scottsdale - Arizona, Hawaii - Kauai, and around the U.S. teaching and helping others overcome their challenges so that they can live the life they truly desire.

There is no better reward than knowing he has helped his clients to set up a foundation for continued health and wellness in their lives. Andrew is committed to each and every client for the long haul and thrives on all of the wonderful relationships he's established along the way.

Asa will be facilitating a 2.5HR. Creative Goal Writing Program & Creative Movement Workshop that will help you identify challenges and action steps to take toward the life you truly desire to live - increase your flexitbility in your body, increase your mobility and decrease your chance of injury so that you'll live your life with empowerment!

What to bring -
- a snack or beverage to share for the community snack & drink potluck 12pm-12:45p
- Notebook, pen/pencil to take notes
- personal snacks, drink and food
- yoga mat and/or blanket to lay on, exercise & sit on
- protection from sun (ie. Sun hat, sunscreen, long sleeve clothes)
- water bottle.. And then some!
