For the first few years of CrossFit, the secret to success is simple: Show up, give 100% effort, and follow the program (if you have selected a good box with good programming). The results and PRs should follow. However, after a few years most athletes look for “fine tuning” of certain aspects of their repertoire or want to learn more advanced skills.

On Saturday April 11th from 1pm-3pm, we will be holding a special clinic for CrossFit 858 veterans. The topic will be determined by YOU, via THIS SURVEY: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9VS8QRF.

Possible clinic topics include:
Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean and Jerk)
Advanced Gymnastics (Muscle Up, Butterfly Pullups, Handstands)
Competition Performance
Performance Nutrition

There are some other questions as well, which will help me get a better pulse to what is going well and what needs to improve for the experienced veterans.
