First Course: Foie gras pate served with a strawberry compote and crostini

Second Course: Seared scallop on top of truffle-mashed potato drizzled with a parsley beurre blanc
Wine Pairing: 2013 Evenstad Reserved Chardonnay

Third Course: Duck confit served on top of an English pea risotto
Wine Pairing: 2011 Yamhill Pinot Noir

Fourth Course: Traditional beef bourguignon slowed cooked in beef stock, beef marrow, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, burgundy wine, tomato and fresh herbs.
Wine Pairing: 2012 Evenstad Reserved Pinot Noir
