Following The San Diego Union-Tribune's Night & Day cover story "Filipino Flavor," the first generation of Filipino immigrants Chefs Evan Cruz, DJ Tangalin, Kristianna Zabala and Anthony Sinsay will come together for a special collaboration dinner on Thursday, January 26. Each chef will represent the region of the Philippines his or her parents originate from. With updated interpretations of the nostalgic flavors they were raised on, these four chefs will lovingly share their heritage, culture and food with all who attend. Cost of this unique dinner is $55 per person.

-Second course: Manila - Evan Cruz
-Third Course: Laguna - Anthony Sinsay
-Dessert: Classic Filipino - Kristianna Zabala
