Time Out says
This is our second annual IWCBD Brunch. Brewsters around the world come together on the same day to brew a similar beer. This year's beer is a red ale. We will have a wonderful guest brewer, Ashley Devonshire, joining us from Green Flash Brewing to brew on our system during the brunch.
The menu is awesome! We have Cucina Coronado collaborating with us again bringing in a Farm to Table brunch menu
Mini Parfaits | family farm yogurt, house made granola, local berries
Home Fries | seasoned home fries, scallions, parmesan, housemade ketchup
Kale Salad | kale, quinoa, almonds, dates, citrus vinaigrette
Build Your Own Biscuit Bar:
Cheddar Biscuits | north carolina style cheddar biscuits with chives
Soft Scrambled Herby Eggs | super-slow cooked eggs + soft green herbs
Bacon + Sausage | from Cook Pig’s farm
Assortment of Cheeses | cheddar, swiss, mozzarella
House made Jams | strawberry, smoked tomato, other seasonal flavors
Also we have Andrea Davis's Truffles and The Incidental Spoon!

Tickets are limited, last year we sold out. We'd love to do that again this year. A percentage of the profits of the IWCBD Red Ale will go to the Pink Boots Society to help them continue their mission to empower women beer professionals to advance their careers in the Beer Industry through Education.
