Have you ever had a stomachache? Do you have, or know someone with, IBS/Crohns/Colitis/Celiac? Ever experienced a "gut feeling" about something?

In this experiential playshop you'll learn how to love your guts - literally! You'll learn how to increase your intuition and tap into your gut instinct. You’ll learn why following your gut is important - for happiness and your health. You’ll learn both easy and cost-effective tools and techniques you can implement at home, at work, and on the road to create a microbiome that is working for, not against, your personal goals. Learn how to be your own doctor with the know-how smarts to diagnose your own health. And join together with your community to reduce shame, stigma, and unnecessary pain and suffering around our bathroom habits. We're getting rid of the BS, so all that's left is the S ;)

Live more gutsy, live more healthy, love your guts.
