In this workshop / practice session - the amazing Phyllis Pilgrim will lead students through several mindfulness meditations, alternating with periods of discussion. Phyllis has studied under world renowned Master Yoga and Meditation teachers such as Thich Nhat Han, Shinzen Young, BKS Iyengar and H.H. the Dali Lama.
All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.

Please arrive to class a few minutes early to get set up and acclimated. Bring a meditation cushion and a yoga mat if you have them. Otherwise blankets and mats will be provided. Chairs are also available.
