We're kicking off the San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival, one of the largest wine and food festivals in the nation, with an unforgettable dinner series at George's California Modern and our sister restaurant, Galaxy Taco.

Join us on Monday, November 14 as our culinary team joins forces with some of the country’s most talented chefs for a night of food, drinks and fun. George's California Modern's chef Trey Foshee and chef Jonathan Bautista will join Justin Woodward of Castagna in Portland. Galaxy Taco's chef Christine Rivera will team up with chef Steve Santana of Taquiza in Miami Beach.
