Get 2017 off to a sparkling start when you join us for a New Year's Eve celebration at Jsix! Chef Anthony Sinsay is cooking up a four-course prefixed menu, which includes a caviar and foie gras supplement and complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

Guests will also enjoy a live music performance by local singer/songwriter Bob Peace as they sip on hand-crafted holiday cocktails from the Jsix Bar. Dinner will be served from 6-10:30 p.m.

The full New Year's Eve dinner will include:

Amuse:
-pink grapefruit, black pepper, mint, aperol gelee

First course choice of:
-Oysters, blood orange explosion, cava mignonette
-Jamon Iberico, Jerusalem artichoke, tangerine, mustard frill
-Roasted Carrot Ginataan, carrot top, coconut, chili, garlic, onion
-American Caviar Tapsilog, California koshihikari rice, accoutrement, kalamansi, chive
($26 supplement)

Second course choice of:
-Squid ink Chitarra, uni, fermented chili, meyer lemon, chicken skin
-Smoked salsify cooked in beef fat, sorrel, rosemary, beef tartar, caper
-Cauliflower soup dumpling, garlic scape consommé, black garlic, preserved lemon
-Foie Gras and Fennel Charlotte, green dragon apple, tarragon, asin tibuok
($18 supplement)

Main choice of:
-24 hour short rib, crispy sweetbreads, arrowleaf spinach, turnip, barhi date demi glace
-Poached Sea Bass, cara cara miso, yu choi, bottarga, borage, horseradish
-Wild mushroom Oatmeal, steel cut oats, el pastor de morella, green garlic, hazelnut

2016’s finale choice of:
-Chocolate Persimmon financier, galiano, butter

The cost of this four-course New Year's Eve is $85 per person and reservations are recommended.
