Learn about San Diego's local seafood bounty.

Chef Cindy will show you how the seafood found in our local waters and harvested by local fishermen. You can't get fresher than this. If you like it, you can buy your own fresh seafood to take home and cook.

June 2: Red, white and blue rockfish (vermillion, whitefish and blue perch)!
May 28: California sheephead or whitefish!
May 21: Thresher shark three ways: blackened, poached and grilled.
