Societe / Noble Brewer Guided Tasting says

Round 1) Noble - Another Beer – A refreshing Dark Czech dark lager made by Brad and Matt while Evan was on vacation last month. Light to medium in body, dark brown in color with flavors reminiscent of toasted wheat bread, cocoa powder and walnut. 4.5% abv
Round 1) Societe - The Heiress - Czech Lager

Round 2) I Love It! - We tried to make the best California IPA we could, and maybe we didn’t make the best one in the state, but all we can say is, “I Love It!” This is a culmination of what we’ve learned (so far!) from making our single hopped series; we utilized some of our favorite hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Equinox and couple others. Golden in color, medium in body with flavors reminiscent of Frankenberry, magnolia flowers and ruby red grapefruit. The finish is dry and crisp. 7.5% abv
Round 2) Societe - The Pupil (or The Apprentice). The Pupil is a smooth, medium bodied, dry IPA with a forward, tropical aroma and flavor. Notes of guava and mango are most common in this gently bittered beer.

Round 3) Noble - The Financier - A Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale brewed with Galaxy and American hops. The result is light-medium bodied, pale golden in color with flavors of sage, pear and mango. The finish is dry and lingers with a bit of hop bitterness. 9.0% abv
Round 3) Societe - The Widow - Dark Belgian Strong Ale. Dry, surprisingly high-alcohol Belgian dark ale. This beer impacts the palette with flavors of toffee and caramel. A very slight touch of roasted malt combines to intrigue all the senses. Notes of raisins and molasses along with yeast derived spiciness dominate the flavor and aroma.
