Even with the best intentions and expectations the holidays can be stressful! Take a time out to breath, recenter, and recharge yourself.

In this workshop we will discuss ways to manage stressors like family, food and finances during the holidays. We will do a physical asana practice, or yoga practice aimed at releasing tension in the body and mind. We will learn a couple of different pranayama, or breathing techniques, that can be used any where, any time to bring the mind back to center. Drop into a blissful meditative state and leave feeling ready for the last few weeks of the year.

Workshop includes a physical asana or yoga practice, a short discussion and 3 short "backpack" meditations that you can do anywhere, anytime to help reduce stress, find your center, and change your mind set.

It is my honor to help guide you through a powerful practice to make the end of 2015 as spectacular as it can possibly be.

Cost: $45 per person

** All levels welcome, prenatal and post pardum beyond 6 weeks welcome.
