Please join us on Monday March 30th in the Green Flash Tasting Room for the 1st Supper Club event of 2015. We have teamed up with San Diego’s venerable Craft Beer institution, O’Brien’s pub. Chef Tyson Blake (of O’Brien’s) and our own Dave Adams have created an unexpected menu featuring five outstanding courses – each paired with a carefully selected Green Flash beer.

About Chef Tyson Blake: Over the past 15 years, Chef Tyson Blake has developed a reputation as an insider and mentor within the San Diego craft beer community. He is committed to craft beer education and shares insightful information in a way that is both accessible and entertaining. Chef Blake developed the beer and food pairing program for San Diego Brewing Co. and he recently took on the dual role of both Manager and Chef at O’Brien’s Pub.
