Hey MO's, Come Join us for this peaceful, serene and meditative ride. It's going to be just like the picture! Well except for the green part.... and the spring leaves fluttering in the breeze. But believe you me, there will be lots of Hills and Dales!

We will take off from Mission Bay South Shore and make our way SE down to Bonita and then head NE into Rancho San Diego, Spring Valley and all kinds of exciting places east! We will finish it off with a quick scamper over SR52 bike path. This ride screams FUN FUN FUN at every turn!

Meet-Up Time: 7:30 AM
Safety Speech: 7:45 AM
Ride-Out Time: 8:00 AM SHARP!!!

Rain Policy: Rain May Cancel
Terrain: Combination long grades and hills
Speed: 10-15 mph

Bike Helmet
2 Water Bottles or 1 Hydration Pack (like a camel bak)-1 Bottle should contain an Electrolyte Replacement Drink
Bike Frame Pump or CO2 Cartridges
Patch Kit or Spare Tube
Tire Irons
Snack (Energy Bars are good)
Money for Rest Stops
