Every week, we invite a notable San Diego personality, business owner - or someone we just want to know more about - to tell their stories. Instead of just acting out what is heard, this FCI house team uses these stories as inspiration to go crazy, hilarious places. It's getting to know you, mixed with "I never should have asked!"
Taylor is the familiar face you see at the box office at Finest City Improv! She grew up in West Covina, CA where she spent most of her time reading Harry Potter, going to theater camp, and playing competitive soccer! Her first two years of high school she attended an arts school where she learned more about acting, creative writing, and how competitive a world of teenage artists can be. After missing her mother and siblings, Taylor traveled to not-so-sunny Wichita, KS. Here she met her future husband and graduated from Pittsburg State University.
Now Taylor lives in very-sunny-San Diego where her husband, Matt, is an ET in the Navy. After working a short stint at Sea World, Taylor stumbled upon a job application at Finest City Improv and now loves distributing hugs from the box office! She spends time playing video games, substitute teaching, and being further sucked into the strange and beautiful world of San Diego Improv. Taylor eagerly awaits to be 70 years old, sitting at the beach while embroidering profanity, listening to a mystery podcast and receiving countless holograms of her dozens of adorable grandchildren.
The show starts at 7:30 pm with improv from The ISO (Page Carmen and Keith James).
