"Wheels Of Light" ~Dancing The Chakras says
Greetings Beautiful Dancers!

We're back on mondays!~ "Wheels of Light" Dancing the Chakras ~an 8~week opening; come to all or any classes.

In this danceshop Cathleene will share the Tantric Keys that unlock the potential of each Chakra, as well as their classic attributes and meanings. Each Chakra is energetically connected to how we relate in the World. There are seven major centers each governing fundamental relationships to Life.

Understanding your energy body allows you to open more fully in unique ways; creating space and light in place of density. Opening the energetic body creates lasting changes in your body and in your world and liberates you at the Source, which is in you.

We'll use movement, meditation, sound and art to activate and create an intimate relationship to our own energetic centers. Gently open and tune the Chakras to receive the wisdom your BodyWorld holds for you.

No experience of any kind necessary~. This class is for Anyone wanting to invite a greater level of awareness, ease and expression into their life.
All materials included.. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

$15 per class or $95 for the series. You can pre-register here... or just show up!
