Yin Yoga Teacher Training says
If you’ve enjoyed Yin Yoga, you know that it is a slow, peaceful approach that can help nourish body, mind and spirit and provide the insights and awareness of a meditative practice. There are both physiological and spiritual underpinnings to the practice, combining elements of classical Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Mindfulness Training.

We are thrilled to offer a Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Pilgrimage of the Heart from 1-8:30 pm on Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday, June 4th, 2017. In the training, Danielle Brand LeMond, RYT-500, will draw on her studies in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers to help you learn the skills to:

Use Yin Yoga as a means of self-inquiry to deepen your connection to yourself and your source
- Teach a Yin Yoga class
- Incorporate elements of Yin Yoga into your regular classes
- Understand the philosophical and physiological elements of Yin Yoga
- Skillfully use mindfulness techniques in your own practice and teaching

This program qualifies for 14 CEUs with Yoga Alliance and is a hands-on intensive featuring lessons in anatomy, asana modifications, sequencing, benefits and precautions. You will also be given the opportunity to practice-teach Yin Yoga with your fellow trainees.

We’re so excited to help guide you towards a deep understanding of Yin Yoga so that you and your students may reap the benefits of a nourishing and powerful practice.
