In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore the art of partner dance as a meditative practice to quiet our critical minds, feel more connected to our partner and cultivate more compassion in our hearts for each other.
Meeshi Ravi has been a student of postural yoga and multicultural dances for over 25 years. As a full-time dance teacher, he has witnessed repeatedly how a hypercritical mind prevents people from enjoying dance. Meeshi is committed to playfully encouraging people to step out of their "monkey minds" so that they can dance fully from their "monkey bodies".
