Fabrizio Laudati, a seasoned restaurateur, has brought his Italian style to Marin County and its residents along with co-chef Stefano Guasco.
Laudati owned four Italian restaurants in San Francisco, including Bella Trattoria, Baldoria and Panta Rei.
Together with Guasco, they created a simple, authentic Italian menu with a modern twist from the Lazio region of central Italy — pastas, osso buco, lamb, chicken, pork and steaks.
