The Conservatory Restaurant offers a 6 to 8 course farm-to-table tasting menu on Friday and Saturday evenings. We can accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions by tailoring the menu with your preferences. The menu is $85 per guest and is created weekly based on what is ready to harvest from our farms and gardens. Wine pairings are available for $50. Each bill includes a 17% Service Charge in which the proceeds go towards supporting student scholarships, student activities, and graduation.
