Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America

High above the vineyards in St. Helena, the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant features regionally explored casual cuisine imagined and created in our beautiful open kitchen. With ingredients from the CIA’s own farm and gardens and an updated dining room, the restaurant evokes a “modern farmhouse” appeal.

Open for lunch and dinner, we offer inspired dishes and beverages in our dining room, bar, and patio (season-permitting) and exceptional service. During lunch, we pull our principles into action by creating a research and learning experience for our students in their final semester of study.
