Seattle Dyke March says
Can you believe it's been 20 years since the classic queer film The Incredibly True Adventure of Two Girls in Love came out? Tackling tough questions about family, class, and sexuality, this movie was ahead of its time. If you've never seen it or want to relive the magic on the big screen, come to this event and bring your friends.

This event is a fundraiser for the Dyke March. Suggested donation is $8, but it is pay what you can. If you can donate more, wonderful, if you can donate $1, wonderful. Come, enjoy a good movie and great company.

Don't be fooled by the "R" rating! This is what Roger Ebert had to say in his review (full review here -http://bit.ly/1DD1dgZ - he loved it): "Because the movie is about lesbianism, of course it has an R rating and an MPAA warning about 'a strong sex scene involving teenage girls.' A scene of similar frankness between a boy and a girl wouldn't have qualified for the word 'strong'; the MPAA is shocked by the homosexuality."

It likely wouldn't be an R rating today. All ages welcome.
