Family Fun Days At The Market says
July 19th Family Fun-day Activities:
• Arts and Crafts including veggie stamps, coloring and more provided by the Pike Place Farmers Market.
• Scavenger Hunt. Search the farm stands to complete this Market challenge and win a Pike Place Market reusable tote bag.
• Hands on Cooking Demo. This month we're celebrating the crunchy cool cucumber fresh from the farm and pickled by Britt’s! Budding chefs will practice their knife skills while whipping up a cucumber yogurt dip. Kids can swing by for a quick tasting or they can try out our chopping, mixing, and assembly stations for a hands-on cooking experience!
• Spin the Pure Food Kids wheel to learn more about sugary foods and why fruits and veggies are the way to go. (The Pure Food Kids Foundation empowers kids to make healthy choices for life.)
• Free farmers market tour! Walk the farmers market with an expert to learn the history of the Market, what fruits and veggies are in season, meet farmers and learn about Fresh Bucks.

For families and children ages 3-12.

10 a.m.-noon on Sunday, July 19, August 16 and September 20 on Pike Place, near the corner of Pike Pl and Stewart St.
