Greetings Friends! Come join me at the Women of Wisdom Foundation conference for a 3-hour Qigong class & experience and receive one of the lightest knapsack you'll probably ever have - full of qigong tools! :-D These are tools you can take with you on your walks to city parks, strolls by a sparkling river, or high up into our alpine wilderness glory. Qigong is an ancient yet evolving form of breath, meditation and movement with roots in Taoism, Buddhism and Shamanism. It is where the comprehensive system of Chinese medicine, Tai chi and other Chinese healing arts come from. Qigong practice gives us tools to cultivate our health and our souls, and to learn from our greatest barer of Light, Mother Nature. I look forward to sharing and practicing together!
