Valentines At Populuxe Brewing

Don't bother with overpriced prix fixe dinners at a crowded restaurant this Valentines Day. Nothing says lovin', like beer! Populuxe Brewing will turn up the firepits and warm up your heart. We'll be pouring our Seattle Stout through a Randal and infusing it with Cacao nibs and cinnamon. Peasant Food Manifesto (http://www.peasantfoodmanifesto.com) will serve up a romantic and tasty dinner from 4 - 9 PM. Menu includes: Mac n' Cheese with Kimchi Shhakshuka, an Isreali-Tunisian dish layering spicy tomato sauce, feta, wilted greens and chorizo (can also be prepared vegetarian or vegan) Pho French Dip Sandwich Buscuits and Gravy And for dessert Amish Whoopie Pie. That's chocolate cake with chocolate filling. Balleywood Creamery will also be with us sampling some new flavors such as Rose, Raspberry-Chocolate Chip, Salt Block Syrah (red wine and duck fat caramel with pink salt), PX Vanilla (PX is the sweetest of the sherries), and a Beet Sour-Cherry Sorbet. Pints will be available to go. We will play at least one Al Green song per hour to ensure maximum levels of romance are achieved.
