Hanwoo brisket, top blade, tenderloin, rib eye, ribs and skirts will all be incorporated to highlight their unique qualities.
The soup course will include a fusion dish of the traditional Korean Hanwoo bone soup (Gomtang) and French-style cream soup with vermicelli pasta and truffle pieces.
