Time Out says

Executive chef Paul Lau of the Michelin two-star restaurant, Tin Lung Heen at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, has been invited to serve his Michelin  course meals here for the month of June. His signature dishes, which feature crab, lobster claws and Iberian pork, will be on the menu, and  during the gala dinner on June 2nd, the chef will greet the guests and explain his dishes. The gala dinner is limited to 50 guests and is  available by reservation only.
