For the month of June, JW's Grill will offer set menus featuring caviar and sturgeon as the main dishes. Crab tartare served with crunchy fennel and caviar, porcini soup made with truffle oil, sturgeon Caesar salad and lemon vodka sherbet will be offered. For the main dish, you can choose between a grilled tenderloin steak served with asparagus, grilled onions and savory pumpkin puree or grilled sturgeon. For dessert, you’ll be able to enjoy strawberry truffles made of fresh strawberries, mascarpone cream and passion fruit cream.
