The Timber House Invites Jimmy Barrat

This April, The Timber House at the Park Hyatt Seoul invites Jimmy Barrat, head bartender of Zuma, a Japanese restaurant and bar in Dubai, and winner of the bartending competition World Class 2012. Barrat will host an 8-person cocktail class and a Master of Food and Wine five-course Japanese meal with a different cocktail to go with each course. Cocktail class (8 spots) Apr 21, 3pm–4:30pm, Apr 22, 4pm–5:30pm. Master of Food and Wine (30 spots) Apr 21, 7pm–10pm, Apr 23 6pm–10pm.
