Folk percussion by Hong Sung-hyun

This young percussionist is a notable figure who actively reinvents himself as a musician. As a key member of the traditional Korean percussion group U-so, he has built a strong musical identity with which he has created new sounds for a wider audience. On this stage, he will once again redefine traditional percussion and interact with the audience, by presenting a creative piece which not only preserves the shamanistic rhythms of the East Sea but also showcases his unique and postmodern sensibility.
