Time Out says

Bukchon and Seochon have for sure risen in popularity in recent years, with its beautiful collection of hanok housings. If you're into its uniquely Korean architecture, you can learn more about it at the Korea Hanok Expo, which is set to open from February 9th to the 12th at the Kintex Convention Center. It will cover everything from building materials, interior design, traditional construction methods and more. Artisan performances along with the Sang-Ryang Ceremony (the ceremony of putting up the ridge beam) will surely be interesting. The Korea Art Furniture Fair displaying artisanal works and antique Korean furniture will also be going on at the venue.
