Time Out says

Failing at both humor and horror, this throwaway Aussie genre flick concerns two hillbilly brothers (Damon Herriman, Angus Sampson) who make their special organic fertilizer with—wait for it—human blood. That booming business is threatened when one of the siblings picks up three young adults whose car has broken down. Severed limbs, gunshot wounds and bodies put through meat grinders provide over-the-top gore but no gross-out laughs, while the usual rural-versus-urban and misogynistic undercurrents typical of such a backwoods-horror scenario get trotted out to no effect. It’s a film that’s about as funny and/or scary as a lump of sod.
