The recently launched Chef’s Table series at Time Out Market Budapest shines a spotlight on a different restaurant each month. For one evening, guests can go behind the scenes, discovering the chefs’ stories, inspirations, and iconic dishes — including those not available at the Market on a daily basis — all in an exclusive, intimate dining setting with limited seating. During the event, the chef or head of the featured restaurant personally guides guests through the culinary journey, sharing detailed insights about the specially designed menu and bringing the restaurant’s story closer to the audience.
On 19 March, Tuning Burger will present a special three-course menu for guests. The evening will feature tastings such as the Rockefeller burger from Hortobágy, a burger made from Omaha, Nebraska beef inspired by American culinary culture, and the Umami Wagyu burger, offering a journey into Japan’s culinary world. The event’s uniqueness is further enhanced by the opportunity to meet Erdélyi Róbert, the owner of Tuning Burger.
Tickets will be available soon. For further details, guests are encouraged to follow Time Out Market Budapest on social media.
