In March, the Market building celebrates a special milestone, as the Corvin Palace marks its 100th anniversary. To commemorate the centenary, an exclusive champagne tasting will take place, with Clovis Taittinger as the guest of honor. During the evening, the house’s prestige cuvée, Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards, will be presented. The vertical tasting will feature eight vintages (2005–2014), offering guests a rare opportunity to experience side by side the differences in ageing and vintage character.
This programme is one of the highlight events of the jubilee celebrations, bringing the highest standards of tradition, elegance, and champagne-making to Budapest — a rare, unmissable experience for all champagne enthusiasts.
Time Out Market Budapest’s food and drinks will be available throughout the evening, with the kitchens open until 10pm and the bars until 11:30pm. Last call at the bars at 11pm.
