While the food hall showcases the best of what there is to eat and drink in Porto, the same applies to all the events and shows that take place at the Time Out Market. The city's best events, chosen and approved by the brand's curators, can be found here. Keep up to date with everything that's going on.

From June 11 to July 19, Time Out Market Porto will be screening matches from the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with the support of Glovo, Super Bock and Coca-Cola.

The games will be shown across three screens: one in the outdoor square and two inside the food hall. Alongside all the football action, visitors can enjoy food and drinks from the market’s chefs and restaurants, making for an experience worthy of the world’s biggest football tournament.

For anyone looking for the best place in the city to follow the competition, Time Out Market Porto has everything you need: football on giant screens, a festive atmosphere, and some of the best food the city has to offer.

Between matches, there’s plenty to tuck into: from Casa Inês’ bifana sandwich and pickled salad to chef Rafa Louzada’s tapioca and cod bites, chef Vasco Coelho Santos’ chicken wings, and chef Rui Paula’s classic pica-pau and cachorrinho. To wash it all down, nothing beats an ice-cold Super Bock or a refreshing Coca-Cola.

Gather your friends, pull on your national team’s jersey and come celebrate every goal at Time Out Market Porto. Admission is free.

From June 23 to 24, the market once again brings a traditional São João street party to the outdoor square — for anyone who wants to dive into the city’s most popular celebration of the year without giving up a bit of comfort (yes, you can have both).

There will be grilled sardines (Meia-Nau), bifanas (Casa Inês), chef-driven dishes, ice-cold beer, cocktails, and plenty of traditional Portuguese music. From 6pm, we’ll also be screening the World Cup match between Portugal and Uzbekistan, setting the mood before the real party begins.

Then, let the dancing start — literally. We’re bringing Baile dos Bateu Matou to the square: more than just a concert, it’s a collective invitation to dance with high energy and that rare feeling that everyone is moving to the same rhythm.

As tradition demands, there will also be a set dedicated to Portuguese popular music. Between toasts, plastic hammers, and dance moves, the promise is simple: to celebrate São João the way it should be.

Tickets cost €5 (fully redeemable on food and drinks) and include exclusive access to the square from 5pm to 1am. Tickets available here.

Well known in the city of Porto, Ohana Market is a true meeting point for independent brands, creativity and community. Ohana brings together a diverse selection of brands working across design, jewellery, illustration, ceramics, fashion and wellbeing.

This new partnership between Time Out Market and Ohana begins with a pop-up kiosk that showcases and promotes the work of Portuguese designers and creators on a rotating basis, with a different brand featured each week. The collaboration is further strengthened by a monthly market in the outdoor square, from 10am until midnight.

To bring even more energy to the market on the day, Iara will perform a DJ set from 6pm to 11pm.
