Siblings and co-owners Betty and Jacky Hung have upped the ante at the Market by melding passion with precision to create a sweet and savoury menu featuring an East meets West Hong Kong-inspired Golden Fried French Toast (a next-level Kouign-Amann) and the Peking Duck Toastie (where molten mozzarella meets shredded roasted duck, folded with hoisin and scallion and drizzled lightly with truffle honey).
