3331 Chiyoda Art Festival

Multi-use art facility 3331 Arts Chiyoda has been holding this open exhibition for four years now, letting budding artistic types – as well as performers and art market vendors – flaunt their wares to the general public, all for a modest fee. Everything from music to performing arts and video installations will be displayed, according to a program designed by top artists and critics.
