Time Out says

Banksy is the most notorious street artist of this generation, but his real identity remains a mystery to the world that admired his works as they spontaneously appeared on city streets overnight. Though images of Banksy's work have been widely circulated online, the artist has never organised a conventional exhibition, making it harder for fans to see an official collection of his works in person.

This unauthorised exhibition, which has already been held in five cities around the world, is made possible by private art collectors. The Harajuku exhibition features 70 Banksy originals that convey the artist's commentary on political, capitalist and humanitarian issues through darkly humorous sculptures and prints. Highlights include a series of portraits Banksy made of Kate Moss as a nod to Andy Warhol's 'Marilyn Diptych' (1962), as well as art by Jean-Michel Basquiat, who inspired a number of Banksy's works. Whether you see him as a genius or a vandal, you’ll have something to ponder on as you peruse this daring and thought-provoking collection.
