Time Out says

Headline-grabbing but recently somewhat mellowed-down art collective Chim↑Pom head to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa for their latest effort: an exploration of both physical and mental borders created over a multiple-month stay along the US-Mexican border between San Diego and Tijuana. Inspired by the personal immigration troubles of one of their own, lone female member Ellie, Chim↑Pom draw on Trumpian visions of a border wall and varying interpretations of identity for pieces like 'U.S.A. Visitor Center' – a treehouse in Tijuana's Colonia Libertad neighbourhood that looks out over the border and American soil.
