Currently on show in ‘In Eye of Gyre’, the gallery on the second floor of fashion building Gyre in Omotesando, is an exhibition which investigates the relationship between architecture, art and the city titled ‘City 2.0—Web Sedai no Toshi Shinkaron’. In this ongoing project, a group of creators has developed a vision for the future of cities using the internet as an everyday object. There is much anticipation of this collaboration between Team Roundabout, Arata Isozaki and Chaos*Lounge. This exhibition is regarded as a sequel to ‘Architect 2.0’, which was on display in the same exhibition in 2009 and ‘Live Roundabout Journal 2010: Metabolism 2.0’ which was held at Inax:Ginza in February 2010.
